Varietal:: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks over 10-12 days at 27-28 °C. Malolactic fermentation is practised.
Maturation: 8-9 months in 20 hl oak casks. Further bottle maturation for a minimum 4 months.

Excellent dry wine, just what I would expect. Delivery was very slow, yet it was in the Covid pandemic.
