Veuve Clicquot only makes a vintage Champagne in years it thinks are good enough, and 2015 was declared the house's 67th vintage since Madame Clicquot made the first in 1810. It is a different wine from the Yellow Label: more concentrated, more structured, and more serious.
Pinot Noir dominates, and it gives the wine its frame. About 10% of the wines were aged in oak casks, and the Champagne spent a long time on its lees. Together they bring richness and depth. Expect a firm, fleshy structure with concentrated fruit and toasty, aromatic notes.
Serve it cool, not ice-cold, around 48 to 50F, in a white wine glass rather than a flute so the aromas have room. It's great with roast chicken, lobster, mushrooms or aged Comté. A good bottle for an anniversary, or for anyone who already loves Veuve and wants the next step.
