Silver/green color. Mousse is vibrant, egg shell colored, splooshy. Opening inhalations unearth scents of slightly under-ripe pear, white grapes, white raisins, quince. Taste profile is mildly ripe, grapy, pear-like, crisp, lean, even austere. Finishes briefly, earthy, dry. Great Value.
Hints of yellow apple, green apple, peach, and apricots. Well-balanced with touch of fruity lemon curd flavor. A dry finish and this is an excellent food wine.
