This concentrates the apple flavour which is further accentuated by blending the fruitiest vintages and ageing them in century-old oak barrels.
Colour - Delicate, light amber yellow.Nose - Well developed fresh apple aroma.Palate - Straight-forward and distinct fruity flavour pleasing to all palates.
