Half of the order of Hennessy XO 6 bottles did not ship and I was told everything hadbeen delivered. Fortunately I had video evidence of what was delivered. I had to call for it to be looked into , should not be the standard.

First, I'll say I was happy with Wine Chateau customer service. Unfortunately, the fact that I had to reach 4-5 times only brings the overall rating up from 1 star to 2 stars. My order took nearly 30 days to be delivered and the tracking information was completely uselsss. I was also less than happy when I was told (after nearly 4 weeks of not being able to find my order) that Wine Chateau would not an overnight delivery if the product was lost. I can't see buying from you again.

Not bad. There were some unforeseen delays in shipping but staff was amazing in following up. "The Macallan" is always worth the wait. Pricing is also great!
