Cordon Bleu is never get from Chateau Wine

I ordered Martell Cordon Bleu Grand Classic Cognac on 12-20-24 but I didn't get anything up to today. No call, no excuses, no explanation until I called to ask I called Chateau store and Dhami, who answered the phone and tell me that I would received it on Christmas Eve at 5:45pm, which was I expected to have for my party at 7pm, but unfortunately I didn't see anything and then I call again 2 days after that I have been told that I would received on Monday12-30-24, I kept waiting and waiting until Moday and Dhami, the same person always answer my call, said for sure I would get it on Thursday 01-02-2025 and again I still waiting now, I emailed to cancelled and still waiting for the reimbursement and I hope I will get the full refund. This is the first time I had very bad experience with this company or store

Very smooth with a hint of vanilla, this is the best Cognac in my opinion.

Very bad service

Very bad service, the wine was not packaged well so all the wine was broken. When I called to ask, they said they could not compensate. The store is irresponsible.
