I ordered Martell Cordon Bleu Grand Classic Cognac on 12-20-24 but I didn't get anything up to today. No call, no excuses, no explanation until I called to ask
I called Chateau store and Dhami, who answered the phone and tell me that I would received it on Christmas Eve at 5:45pm, which was I expected to have for my party at 7pm, but unfortunately I didn't see anything and then I call again 2 days after that I have been told that I would received on Monday12-30-24, I kept waiting and waiting until Moday and Dhami, the same person always answer my call, said for sure I would get it on Thursday 01-02-2025 and again I still waiting now, I emailed to cancelled and still waiting for the reimbursement and I hope I will get the full refund. This is the first time I had very bad experience with this company or store

This Martell Cordon Bleu is simply amazing! The flavor is complex in a wonderful way. It has a ton of spice while being a touch sweet as well. Sipping this from a snifter in front of a fire doesn't get much better! This is easily my favorite Cognac and I highly recommend it to all.
