At first I was hesitant to buy, I read some other reviews and was confident that I would receive my purchases. It took a few days 4-5 for my order to be processed then I got shipping notification. It was 2 weeks before Christmas though. I then received my items 3 days after, fast shipping! I feel I can trust this supplier to buy again, and they do have a great selection. Fed ex came on a holiday left note, but I was home they need to knock louder. I decided to have it delivered a one of their pickup sites near me but they forgot to notify me that the tag number was changed, I brought all my paper work with me for pick up and I was able to get it.

I ordered 3 bottles to get free shipping. Price is low compared to local liquor stores, with no tax saves even more money. Delivery time was reasonable, didn't wait too long. I am happy with the purchase!

There was about a month's delay between ordering and shipment. However, the packaging and wonderful cognac came through unscathed.
