Since 1990, Olivier Guyot has been managing the property that extends from Marsannay-la-Côte to Gevrey-Chambertin. Today, the farm consists of numerous small plots spread over 15 hectares. The only varietal is Pinot Noir for reds and Chardonnay for whites. Each plot varies according to soil composition, depth, altitude, and exposure. This is the richness and typicality of the terroir of Burgundy.
Clos de la Roche, bright with deep purple reflections. A floral nose with notes of rose, violet, and a slight linden aroma. With a spicy flavor of cinnamon and vanilla. Silky tannins, pleasant and fatty in the mouth. An excellent bottle!
