Resulting from a 2015 Washington vintage that saw higher than average heat, this Riesling provides concentrated color and flavors. Right away, the vivid golden straw color is apparent.
On the nose, fruit forward peach and pineapple notes mingle with citrus components of lime zest and orange peel, complemented by underlying clove and rose petal elements. Rich flavors of pineapple, apricot and pear spread over the palate, followed by a balanced acidity highlighted with a nuanced grapefruit and lemon finish.
