There is just enough reduction present to blur the nuances of the intensely floral and citrussuffused nose. There is fine size, weight and volume to the larger-scaled flavors that possess a positively gorgeous mouthfeel while displays focused power on the superbly long, balanced and highly complex finale.

This is terrific and a Bâtard built to reward a decade or more of cellaring.
