DESCRIPTION
Discover finesse and subtlety through this 1999 vintage. The delicately woody nose is first expressed very gently. We then detect aromas of ripe candied fruit such as fig and prune. The palate is delicious, with incredible density. We find the dried fruits again, accompanied by butterscotch and some spices (nutmeg, white pepper). The tannins remain present but supple and round, thus conferring a good length. Another quite exceptional cuvée!
Ideally serve it at room temperature, in a tulip glass. Let it air a few minutes before enjoying. We were talking about a note of butterscotch ... Take one for an even more delicious tasting ...
