Filibuster Gin Dual Cask

Filibuster Dual Cask Gin has a relatively citrus-forward nose, with a surprising emphasis on light botanicals. Orange rind, cinnamon, melissa and light oak. Hints of coriander and spice in the background. Light on juniper.

To the palate, citrus is still dominant. Herbal lemon with green facets. Intimations of nutmeg with a buttery vanillin note.

The finish of Filibuster Dual Cask Gin is stark and quite dry. Oak tannins and a slight hint of oxidized Pinot Grigio.
