This cuvee comes the Les Crays, Les Gerbeaux, La Croix Bonnet, and Vers Pouilly climats in Solutre-Fuisse on the slopes of the Roche de Solutre. These plots all face south-east and have a stony topsoil with a limestone subsoil. The average age of the vines is 35 years, and the average yield 55/60 hectolitres per hectare.
Our Pouilly-Fuisse combines structure and elegance with a mineral taste due to its terroir in Solutre. It shows best after several years, displaying all the subtlety of a great Burgundy.
