DESCRIPTION
Dark garnet color. Fairly heavy body and concentration. Big dark fruit, blueberry, ripe raspberry, cinnamon spice, and long finish including pomegranate. Delicious fruit forward wine. Medium-high tannins, medium high acidity. Red fruit, leather, chalky - earthiness.
The nose is intense and complex revealing ripe cherry, black currant, and blackberry, leading to garrigue and pepper notes. The mouth feel remains elegant even with an extremely good balance.
The wine ideally accompanies all kind of meat: lamb, beef, game and duck in particular. Try also with meat dishes with sauce and seasoned dishes.
