From the Zacharias family vineyards at Nemea. The vineyards are being cultivated by practicing a certified Integrated Viticultural Management System for the Production of Wine Grapes, according to standards AGRO 2.1 and AGRO 2.2. Wine making: White classic wine making method, with controlled fermentation temperature up to 17°c in inox tanks.
Characteristics: A full bodied wine, with a bright yellow – green colour, characterized from intense aromas of pear, citrus fruits, pineapple and butter. It is well balanced in the mouth, with a long gentle aftertaste. Heady aromas of white flowers, lemons and pineapple core are inviting on the nose. Very vibrant, the mineral driven palate retains the fresh fruitiness of the aromas, adding hints of sweet green vegetation and an herbal finish.
