Very dark cherry red with violet tones.Intense, clean and bright, with a high robe.Aromas of ripe black fruits (plums, blackberries and blueberries) on a background where the quality of oak is combined with other spices and minerals, highlighting notes of coffee, vanilla, cocoa, caramel, licorice and toast.

On the palate it is powerful, very tannic, dense, broad and velvety, with tasty acidity and a notable mid palate.Ideal with Iberian sausages, legume stews and small game dishes.
