Lagavulin 16 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750ml

I was a bit scared because of the reciews i read on line about this company and their delivery. This bottle usually goes for on average $110-120 and i found it for less than 80. One of my go to’s for spirits. The check out was easy and all though it too a while to get a confirmation about my shipping my bollyes came before Christmas and i am happy I found them for such a good price.

The bottles came on different dates, leading to some frustration….otherwise, fine…

Overall, my experience was very good, but could improve. My issue was with the shipping process. Although I received notification that the shipment was in process, there were no updates along the way and no expected delivery date. There were no notifications for the entire week prior to delivery. And the shipping process seemed excessive - two weeks from purchase to delivery. But, it was delivered safely on Friday, Dec 20; order placed on Dec 5.

Frustrating: shop says it’s lost, then it was delivered two hours ago, now the app is malfunctioning, so I removed it.

Please let me know if I can receive orders from you without Shop interference and delays.

So I thought this would be a great gift for him. Only negative was shipping took quite a while although it was free. I ordered the bottle 1 week before his birthday thinking that would be enough time but ended up arriving in 2 weeks, not the end of the world overall it was a quality experience with wine chateau

I ordered, but never received this product. After one week without notice of shipping I called the sales desk, and was able to switch to another product, that was in stock. Turned out OK, but only because the sales desk was so helpful. Perhaps I “missed it”, but I do not think the web site shows when something is not in stock. If so, this should be changed.

I purchased Lagavulin 16 yr for my husband for Father's Day and he was over the moon ecstatic about it! Ordering, shipping, and tasting have all been easy and delightful.

The service was great and the product came quickly but I feel the shipping costs are too high .I want to buy 2 bottles of Nocello walnut liqueur on a regular basis but the shipping brings up the cost too much

Great products and prices, but the shipping charges didn't show up until after the purchase was made which is really bad business. Additionally, if I knew it would cost $25 to ship one 750ml bottle taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive prior to ordering I would not have purchased from you folks.
Show the shipping price up front and the time you take to pack & ship, then I might consider buying from you again.

Lagavulin 16 is simply the best scotch whisky at its price, by a huge margin. Many more expensive single malts pale by comparison, and in my experience, no comparably-priced whisky comes close in quality.

The Wine Chateau price was better by fifteen or twenty dollars than what I'd pay in my local liquor store, so buying a few bottles here is both cheaper and more convenient than shopping there.
