Shiny gold in appearance. This wine is very delicate with feminine bouquet with peach and pineapple notes, mixed with grape skin aromas. The palate is consistent with a nice creaminess. Expressive aromas of yellow fruits accompanied by white flowers, citrus and pear lead to different concentrated flavors. The persistence is tangy and very long.

White Burgundy, with its richness, texture, and toasted flavors pairs well with light fish and shellfish and can counterbalance cream-based sauces. Oak-aged Chardonnay from warmer climates lends itself well to grilled fish, starches, butter, and toasted nuts.
