DESCRIPTION
The Wine & Soul Manoella Douro Branco exudes fresh, lively aromas of citrus fruits, floral notes and a touch of minerality. Nuances that are also reflected on the palate with lots of freshness, excellent balance and a long-lasting finish.
VINIFICATION
After being harvested by hand, the grapes were sorted, destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures for 4 weeks. The wine matured on the fine lees for 8 months before bottling and release.
