The grapes were selected by hand and combine a wine with an incomparable terroir mix. Expanded slowly and carefully, complex with deep-seated spice. Ripe pear notes, with aromatic elderberry, with air also a lot of cassis. Complex and radiantly clear on the palate. Brilliant with asparagus, mozzarella, fish and salad variations.
