Bright straw in color with a slight haze, this wine is characterized by fresh fruit, mineral texture, and barrel complexity. Battonage and sur lees aging result in a texture that resonates through the pallet with nice tension and length.
Aromas and flavors of apricot, honeysuckle, sweet peaches, brioche, roasted hazelnut, fresh cream and vanilla are very prominent.
