Appearance: Deep ruby to garnet color, almost opaque at the core with a bright, slightly violet rim, indicating its youth and concentration.

Nose: Rich and complex with intense aromas of dark fruits like blackberry, black cherry, and plum. There are underlying notes of black pepper, smoked meat, and a touch of dried herbs, which are characteristic of Syrah. Subtle hints of violet, leather, and earth add layers of complexity along with a trace of oak influence, such as vanilla or toasted spice.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a velvety texture and well-structured tannins. The palate showcases flavors of dark berries, such as blackberry and blueberry, mingled with savory elements like black olive tapenade, smoked bacon, and cracked black pepper. A touch of minerality and a well-balanced acidity add freshness and depth, while the oak aging contributes a subtle spiciness and a hint of dark chocolate or espresso.
