Rich, fine wine with mostly smooth tannins. The grapes are sorted twice, then it is destemmed. They are then placed in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place during this period. Light windings in order to obtain a fine product and to respect the raw material.

It can be served with Red meat, poultry, and cheeses.
