Pale, bright yellow. Ripe but restrained scents of apple and herbs. A step up in flavor intensity from the Embrazées, with its peach and apple flavors conveying a juicy coolness. The rising finish displays good grip and juiciness.

Here the expressive nose is clean and ripe with its array of pear, floral, petrol and softly citrus-tinged aromas. As is usually the case there is more volume and richness to the succulent and suave full-bodied flavors that brim with dry extract on the muscular and powerful if slightly rustic finish.
