Produced in the vineyards that surround the ancient Corte Giacobbe (the hamlet of Giacobbe), located in the hilly area of Ronca, only a few kilometers from Soave, the Corte Giacobbe Dal Cero wine is obtained from Garganega grapes. With a bright straw yellow color, its bouquet is striking for its clear floral-fruity scent with hints of white-fleshed fruit. The palate is well-balanced, savory, with good weight, and with a bitter almond finish classic to this grape variety.Pleasant also when tasted before the meal as an aperitif, it goes well with first courses, white meats, fish and vegetables. Recommended serving temperature: 10-12°C.
