Since 1986, Gewürztraminer, with its indigenous aromatic grapes, has been a Sanct Valentin distinctive wine. It has an intense and complex bouquet, rich with aromas and delicate scents of fruits and spices. It stands out for being pleasant to the palate and promises a wonderful drinking experience even after many years.

Goes extremely well with spicy dishes such as foie gras and strong cheeses. It also pairs nicely with piquant spices and culinary herbs in addition to seafood risotto and the South Tyrolean specialty "Kloaznravioli" with grey cheese.
