The ripeness this Cabernet Sauvignon attains from 2018 vintage’s warm temperature and long sunshine hours of bright sunlight gives full-bodied wine with blackcurrant and black cherry note and smooth tannins. Fermented at 26-30°C which is warm enough for sufficient extraction yet cool enough to promote fresh fruit flavours.
The wine was then matured in 225-litre French barrique for 6-8 months to add subtle oak notes. This restrained Cabernet Sauvignon is medium ruby in colour, soft-textured with blackberry, black current, black cherry fruit flavour complemented by subtle oak and spice notes.
