Seguin-Manuel Beaune Champimonts 2016

Seguin-Manuel Beaune Champimonts 2016 was whittled down to three casks, half as much as normal. It has a fragrant, quite perfumed bouquet with raspberry preserve, black cherries and a slight cold steel scent underneath that lends tension.

The palate is well balanced with succulent ripe fruit, quite lively and pretty on the finish with a pleasant saline tang.
