Lavish plumes of jasmine, white peach and grapefruit perfume this light-as-a-feather spätlese. Despite its diminutive frame, the palate is piercing and expansive. Racy lime acidity and a waxy sheen of honeycomb elongate the finish.

The distinctive flavor of the Schloss Vollrads Riesling wines can be attributed to their unique terroir.  Six different geological formations, in the Rheingau, form layers of one structure which provides the vine roots with a variety of minerals.
