Made with Malbec and Bonarda grapes through "carbonic maceration" where whole bunches of grapes are fermented to achieve a very fruity wine with a particular texture and freshness that makes it ideal for drinking cold.
This is already the fourth version of Tintillo, the most relaxed red from Santa Julia, made one hundred percent with carbonic maceration and a mixture of half malbec and half bonarda. As usual, the wine is drunk like water, the typical red for drink it rather fresh and thus be able to underline its aromas of fruits that are left over here.
