REGALEALI LE ROSÉ DOC 2021

LeRose Regaleali boasts a deep, reddish-orange color in the glass, as sweet confections, crushed strawberries and a balancing whiff of savory herbs form its bouquet. This coasts across the palate gracefully, silky yet lifted in feel, with pure citrus-tinged red fruits that leave a staining of minerality in their wake. The 2021 finishes with medium length, while leaving the palate crisp with hints of mint leaf and candied citrus. Fruity final.

Excellent with vegetables, it has to be served at 14°C in a high, wide wine glass that allows the diffusion of the perfumes.
