2015 is an exceptional vintage in the appellation. This wine expresses marvelously the beauty of the vintage. Intense red with purple reflections, Les Sinards 2015 expresses an intense bouquet of red and black fruit, sweet spices, noble wood and mineral notes.
The mouth is incredibly balanced between freshness and volume, the tannins are fine and elegant, the finish is very long, aromatic, and sweet.
Serve at 15°C (59°F) in big glasses. Drink with game, truffles and mushrooms.
