Clear, wheat straw color. Tropical fruit aroma with hints of floral honeysuckle. Smooth, slightly creamy and rather heavy mouth-feel with honey and apple taste that has a nuttiness and excellent acidity as it ends crisp with just a touch of tartness and mineral.
FANTASTIC with the shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic, but also very good sipping alone after the dinner. An excellent Chenin Blanc that’s a super value. The shrimp cooked in garlic butter was a PERFECT match with the acidity in the wine.
