Panther Creek Pinot Noir Winemaker's Cuvee 2017

The nose of this refined Pinot Noir features strawberries, black cherry and chocolate, with a hint of raspberry. The palate has notes of black currant, coffee, and a hint of tobacco that’s rounded out by soft tannins and a balanced finish. Enjoy on its own or with roasted lamb with a mint sauce, or spaghetti and red tomato sauce.

There’s a rich array of very fresh, red-cherry and spiced red-plum aromas on offer here, leading to a palate that’s well composed, concentrated and complete. Fresh red fruit abounds.
