A blend of 81% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Vermentino, 6% Viogner and 3% Verdicchio, this has subdued aromas of toasted oak, acacia and ripe yellow apple.
The oak aromas carry over to the shy, medium-bodied palate, along with hints of grapefruit and roasted coffee bean before a rather lean, drying finish.
