Oregon Territory Pinot Noir is bright red with crushed raspberry, black cherry, vanilla notes and a silky mouthfeel with a rich lingering finish of cherry and baking spice.
A lovely nose of white pepper, fresh cherry, strawberry and crushed thyme. Medium-bodied with fine, tight tannins. Chewy. Bright and punchy with fresh acidity. There is a grounding, savory undertone here. A bit zesty. Needs two or three years.
