This delicious white offers refreshment, with wholly original flavors. Lemon zest, star fruit, wet stone, and white flowers all coat the palate in a bonedry, vitalizing, and immensely enjoyable wine.
The wine offers up notes of green apples, lemon oil, white flowers and oystershell, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate with a textural attack, a good core of fruit and tangy balancing acids. It's a promising wine and a very creditable example of the appellation, with some of the mid-palate weight that typifies the wines of Maligny.
