A blend of red grapes sourced from all over Italy including (but not limited to) Sangiovese from Tuscany, Montepulciano from the Marche, and Nero d'Avola, Frappato and Nerello Mascalese from Sicily, the feel here is something akin to those memorable Italian dining experiences: a rustic, out-of-the-way trattoria, a carafe of inexpensive, nondescript rosso on the table, a wine geared toward simplicity that nevertheless leaves you going back for more and more... and more.
This charming little liter is packed with lively red fruits, a low base note of soil-y underbrush, and a plenty of sweet and aromatic Italian spices.
