DESCRIPTION

In small stainless steel tanks. The fresh grapes pass through the selection table and once destemmed they go to tanks. The whole grape is kept in the alcoholic fermentation that is carried out at a moderate temperature (up to 22º) with relatively short maceration (8-10 days) to achieve a pleasant structure and a lively fruity expression. Once the fermentation ends, the wine is uncovered and pressed. The whole process of making this wine is done in a few movements and with mechanical work to preserve the natural fragrance of the wine.
Beautiful live ruby ​​color with purple trim. Nice fragrance on the nose, where the sharpness of the fruit emerges, its freshness. A floral background pulling violets clothes a vivacity of aromas. Attack on tasty mouth, crispy fruit that rests in a peculiar structure where tannins appear with great secrecy. The palate in the mouth awakens the taste buds for its impetuosity showing a red fruit of great richness and a good persistence.
