Marcarini Barolo La Serra 2014

The wine has a garnet-red color with ruby-red reflections and a slight orange note. The nose is ethereal, fresh, elegant and very persistent, with hints of violet, rose, licorice and sweet spices. In the mouth, the flavor is long and intense.

Dark tones of cherry and plum are accented by earth, underbrush and spice flavors in this trim Barolo, perfumed with sandalwood, floral and strawberry notes on a firm yet lacy structure. Fine purity and complexity. Best from 2021 through 2033.
