DESCRIPTION
This wine offers a superb ruby colour with purple hues. Ripe black cherry and blackberries on the fragrant nose with a hint of smokiness. Rich and lively, its fruit flesh flavours are balanced by sour cherry and blackcurrant which nicely lift the wine on the finish. Intense with well integrated tannins, this wine will age well and develop its toasty, smokey aromas.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration to develop the fruit. Maceration and fermentation for about twenty days with reassembly during the first days then pegging towards the end.
