Maison Louis Jadot produces a characteristically firm and full-bodied Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots. Rich and vigorous on the palate, with a deep, pungent bouquet, it shows considerable dimension and structure, acquiring a mellow depth and softness with age.
This wine's fat, sweet black cherry, plum and dark stone fruit flavors and expressive floral nose are marked by notes of earth and leather and carry into a velvety texture underscored by ripe, supple tannins.
