Les Sables VDF White 2017

 Stone fruit and saline galore -- the perfect wine for seafood-based pasta, souvlaki, or some paella with heat -- which is to say, it is an all-around kickass white.

Unique in how well it pairs with a wide range of food (or, on its own is more than fine too! Cheers!)
