DESCRIPTION
Notes of Meyer lemon and lime zest, nectarine blossoms and a hint of lemongrass burst out of the can. On the palate, a cleansing and refreshing layer of green pineapple, lemon rind and honeysuckle dominate the landscape. This is met by a mineral chalky salinity creating a mouth-watering effect with a long finish. This wine is excellent with fresh Miyagi oysters served with a dab of Champagne vinaigrette and shallots.
