DESCRIPTION
This wine is all Dijon clone, aged in two- to four-year-old puncheons. Bright and aromatic, it opens with a toasty scent and a mix of lemony citrus, pineapple and banana fruit. It's smooth and delicious and nicely layered, with an enduring finish.
Still a bit too young to show its best, this was blended from top vineyard sources and fermented in stainless steel. It's a juicy, fruit-powered wine, mixing apple, pear and melon in equal proportions.
Here is an outstanding everyday Chardonnay, both affordable and flavorful. Rich fruit flavors combine melon and peach with a touch of grapefruit. Primarily fermented in stainless steel, but a light hint of oak from a small portion that has been barrel-fermented adds a toasty note to the finish.
