This is a perfect example of a traditional red from Veneto Region: easy drinkable, perfetly pair with almost every meat, good from the starter to the main course and also with some simple cake-bread, when the ancient farmer used to drench a piece of cake in a glass of red wine. Cabernet franc 100% (Carmenere), just Inox or cement cuvée for this young, vinous, red ruby nectar. On nose barries and a light spices note; in mouth is easy, agile, salty; a bit short.
A very impressive wine, gentle blueberry fruit, shot through with violet, fresh herb, mint and camomile. A subtle, light and complex wine. 12.5%
