Medium-bodied, dry. Made from 20 year-old vines, this stainless-steel fermented and aged Sangiovese has a complex nose of flowers and brooding fruit. Dark, ripe red berries on the palate are followed by an elegant finish of streaky minerals, acids, and cherry fruit. Pair with pizza and pasta dishes, grilled meats, calf's liver and onions.
