Koutsogiannopoulos Santorini 2021 2021

Dry white wine produced from the Assyrtiko grape, grown in Santorini. This grapes for this wine come from Koutsoyannopoulos' family owned vineyard in Exo Gialos, on the east side of the island. Pre-fermentation maceration is used to enhance the aromatic potential of this wine, which has a crisp, refreshing mouth feel and intense minerality.

It shows aromas of fruit and citrus, including pear, stone fruits, and pineapple, along with round acidity and intense minerality.Goes well with a range of seafood, cheese and white meats in light sauces.
