Rich sour plum, luscious red fruit on the nose. Slightly minty. The type of wine you want to keep smelling forever until you realise you can drink it too. Spicy, cardamom, pepper, earthy, beetroot and mushrooms.
Clean, pronounced intensity with aromas of dark chocolate, dark berries, vanilla, mint, fresh raspberry, minerals of crushed sea shells & complexity galore. The palate is dry, medium plus acidity, tannins, full bodied, medium plus alcohol. Flavour characteristics of dense berry compote, chocolate, licorice & dates.
