A nice aromatic nose, fresh green apple and citrus notes. The palate is alive with crunchy green apples and ripe pears. High acidity keeps the palate refreshing with a good instant tang on the tongue followed by juicy, almost sugary sweet apple flavours.
Satisfying and elegant with fine bubbles and a soft, smooth texture. Easy to recommend and would work well alone as well as with food. A nice lingering pineapple, lemon flavour is still there after a few minutes. Good quality.
